Coral Ridge is where I live, and it's where I send buyers who want the water, the boat, and a real neighborhood. Tree-lined streets, golf carts on Bayview Drive, and Las Olas, the beach, and Coral Ridge Yacht Club minutes away.
On the water, the street matters. Some Coral Ridge canals run to the Intracoastal with no fixed bridges. Others sit behind one, which limits the size of the boat but keeps the water calmer for paddleboards and jet skis. I'll tell you which is which before you fall for the house.
