Harbor Beach combines privacy, deepwater boating, and private beach access in a way few Fort Lauderdale neighborhoods can. Port Everglades sits just to the south, which makes it a natural home base for larger boats.

Waterfront and boating

This is one of the premier inlet-oriented locations in the city. Depth, canal width, dock, and seawall condition are still verified property by property before we talk about price.

Private beach and community

Qualifying owners can join the Harbor Beach Surf Club, which maintains a private beach and marina. The Harbor Beach Association also runs its own security program with gate guards and patrols.

The daily rhythm

Pier Sixty-Six, Bahia Mar, the Omni, the beach, Las Olas, and FLL are all minutes away, and you come home to a quiet, insulated neighborhood at the end of the night.

Yacht owners and buyers who value discretion. If walking to restaurants matters most, Las Olas Isles or Lauderdale-by-the-Sea will feel more connected.
